Mostly good news, I guess. The cramping and spotting have stopped. While this is a good sign, it’s by NO means an indication we’re in the clear. As I said, we’re dealing with a life form that’s maybe a few millimeters wide. Many women miscarry and need medical assistance to “pass” the fetus.

At this point, it becomes about looking for pregnancy symptoms, signs that her HCG hormone level is still increasing. Breast tenderness, queasiness, metallic taste in her mouth, desire for tomatoes, anything! Every few hours I take a survey in hopes that some new symptom has appeared, some sign that she’s still pregnant but nothing is really definite. We’ll know for certain on December 2nd at the ultrasound. At least that’s assuring.

God, what I would give for Elizabeth to spotaneously vomit when she wakes up.
