We’re in familiar territory. Elizabeth is spotting and cramping again, just like what happened the first two times. It’s not that bad yet and still in the range of possibly “normal” but this is how it always begins. We know what’s coming next, the unwelcome M.

We have an ultrasound appointment on December 2nd. It remains to be seen whether we’ll even make it that long. In the meantime, Elizabeth is working very heavy hours and that concerns us. We wonder how much a role stress plays.
