“In recent months, two major intelligence operations were leaked to the media: the National Security Agency’s domestic surveillance program and the Treasury Department’s tracking of international banking transactions.”

I really don’t understand this. These so called “intelligence” operations may not even be legal yet the administration, instead of being properly red-faced, is trying to prosecute the people who caught them with their hands in the cookie jar. This seems indefensible and yet another further blunder by these boobs in the White House.
