Consider these recent glaring failures:

2004: USA Basketball goes 5-3 and gets a BRONZE in the 2004 Olympics, first time they’ve not gotten GOLD. In fact, the USA had only lost TWO games in the HISTORY of the Olympics. They lose three in one games. PATHETIC

2006: USA Hockey, staffed will ALL NHL players fails to even reach the medal round

2006: USA Baseball goes a PATHETIC 3-3 and is eliminated in the Quarterfinals of the World Baseball Classic.

SPOILED MILLIONAIRES

I live and breathe college basketball (Kentucky Wildcats, winningest team of all time (in games and percentage). There’s a distinct reason amateur sports are more exciting (see above).
