Christmas Eve – we are to go home today
We have the all clear and are just waiting on a few things before we begin preparations to come home.
Day two and all is well
The evening of Ben’s birth was uneventful. He continues to feed and rest well. I went home that night and tonight to check in on Luke. Luke is having a great time with Darleane (my step-sister) and Lexi (her 8 year-old daughter) who are entertaining him while mommy and daddy are away. Yesterday he went to the Children’s Museum downtown and had a ball. Tomorrow he will visit us and meet his new little brother. We even have a present to give him from Ben.

Settled in
We are in our room and settled now. Elizabeth is able to eat and is happy. Ben seems content too!
